Returns by Shipping

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Arvidson Pools & Spas on the Shop.Arvidsons.com website can be returned by parcel carrier within 90 days of purchase, unless noted in our Returns by Shipping Exceptions (listed below).. All pool and spa chemical items returned by parcel carrier must be unopened and unused.

All returns by shipping must be authorized in advance.  To initiate a return by shipping, contact us by phone at (815) 459 - 0660 or by email at OnlineOrders@Arvidsons.com

Returned products opened, damaged or missing parts may be subject to a partial refund or a restocking fee.  Arvidson Pools & Spas will pay for all return shipping fees in the case of products received by the customer damaged, incomplete, or not functioning as listed on the site.  All other return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns by Shipping Exceptions
Products that cannot be returned because of US Department of Transportation shipping regulations include: chlorine sticks and tablets of any kind, pre-filled chlorine packs, bromine tablets, non-chlorine pool and spa shock, calcium based pool chlorine, hydrogen based pool shock , some other pool and spa chemicals.
